1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)" or "Rp" designates the official currency used for all financial transactions on the platform, displayed in thousands separator format consistent with Indonesian banking conventions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of address to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Service" encompasses all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, lottery draws, customer support, payment processing, and related functionality provided through the ring4d website and mobile platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet, processed according to the procedures outlined in Section 5.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided by ring4d, including the website accessible at ring4d.cam and all related subdomains, mobile applications, and communication channels. By registering for an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

ring4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address and through prominent notice on the platform homepage. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of ring4d services is subject to strict eligibility criteria designed to comply with international gaming regulations and Indonesian age restrictions:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age or older as of the date of registration. ring4d strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate any Account found to belong to a minor, with forfeiture of any balance and winnings.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be a resident of Indonesia or currently located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Service. ring4d operates under international gaming licenses and serves customers worldwide, but Indonesian residents accessing offshore gaming platforms must acknowledge their personal responsibility for compliance with local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals subject to legal guardianship, conservatorship, or other restrictions on contractual capacity are prohibited from using the Service.
• Account Uniqueness: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account on ring4d. Creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts with forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
• Excluded Persons: Employees of ring4d, our affiliates, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating Accounts or participating in gaming activities on the platform to prevent conflicts of interest.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You affirm that you have not previously requested self-exclusion from ring4d or enrolled in any self-exclusion program with other gaming operators. If you have self-excluded from gambling activities, you must respect the exclusion period before attempting to register.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on ring4d, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth demonstrating you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years
• Valid email address that you have exclusive access to
• Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes
• Residential address within Indonesia including postal code
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numeric characters)

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently maintained in your Account profile is truthful, accurate, and current. You agree to promptly update your information if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

4.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. ring4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Account security settings to add an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

You must immediately notify ring4d customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity. ring4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security or from unauthorized third-party access to your Account resulting from your actions or negligence.

You must not:

• Share your Account credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or betting syndicates
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account for any purpose
• Create or use an Account on behalf of another person (proxy betting)
• Transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any other individual or entity
• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

ring4d supports deposits from all major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Additionally, we accept deposits via leading e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit requirements:

• Bank transfer: Rp 50,000 minimum
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Rp 50,000 minimum
• Maximum single deposit: Rp 100,000,000

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 5-10 minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallet transactions. ring4d does not charge any fees for deposits, although your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and comply with financial regulations.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy and Processing Times

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding any locked bonus funds subject to rollover requirements) at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission and approval of identity verification documents, typically processed within 24 hours during business days.

Withdrawal limits and processing times:

ring4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your receiving bank or payment provider. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is no longer available, you must contact customer support to arrange alternative withdrawal methods, which may require additional verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ring4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the applicable promotion page or communicated via email.

Key bonus policy principles:

• Rollover Requirements: Most bonuses require wagering the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The welcome bonus carries a 5x rollover requirement, meaning you must wager five times the bonus amount on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Time Limits: Bonuses typically have expiration periods. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration and the rollover requirement completed within 30 days of bonus credit.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting varies by odds (minimum 1.50 decimal odds), and some games like roulette may be excluded or contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%).
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits may apply (commonly Rp 50,000 per bet for casino games). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonus abuse through multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent schemes will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account termination.
• Withdrawal Before Rollover Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing rollover requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposit and any winnings from non-bonus funds will be processed.

ring4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility, terms interpretation, and abuse detection are final and at the sole discretion of ring4d management.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on ring4d are governed by the specific rules of each game type, which are available in the respective game sections. In case of conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific rules shall prevail. Key principles include:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious system error or platform malfunction as determined by ring4d.
• ring4d accepts bets only when you have sufficient Account balance to cover the stake amount. Bets placed with insufficient funds will be automatically rejected.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and may be adjusted based on Account activity, betting patterns, or market conditions.
• All sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). ring4d does not recognize results from unofficial sources or later overturned decisions.
• In sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours or unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Bonus Abuse: Coordinated betting, hedging across multiple Accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear rollover requirements, or any pattern indicating abuse of promotional offers.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between ring4d and other bookmakers or between different markets on our platform to guarantee risk-free profit.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate outcomes, share information, or engage in any form of team play in games where individual competition is expected (e.g., poker tournaments).
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any tools that place bets without direct human input for each wager.
• Insider Information: Placing bets based on material non-public information about sporting events, lottery draws, or game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using ring4d services primarily for fund transfer purposes rather than genuine gaming entertainment, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles with minimal or no wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately used for betting activities.

Detection of prohibited activities will result in immediate suspension of the Account, confiscation of deposits and winnings, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential permanent ban. ring4d cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ring4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all Users to treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income, and to never wager more than they can afford to lose.

Available responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. When reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Service
• Use automated data mining, scraping, or extraction tools to collect information from the platform
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website or service

Unauthorized use of ring4d intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ring4d and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected returns from betting activities
• Loss of data, Account access, or Account balance due to technical issues, security breaches, or force majeure events
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds display, or platform information
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party actions including payment processor delays, bank errors, or internet service provider issues

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. ring4d does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and close your Account. In no event shall ring4d's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to ring4d in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is less.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ring4d operates under its gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint:

1. Contact our customer support team via live chat or email ([email protected]) with a detailed description of your dispute, including Account username, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and supporting evidence.
2. Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days.
3. If the initial response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department for senior management review.
4. The Compliance Department will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a final decision within 30 business days of escalation.

If the internal complaints procedure does not resolve your dispute, you may have the right to pursue arbitration or mediation through independent dispute resolution services, depending on the jurisdiction of your residence and the nature of the claim.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Account balance (subject to completion of any active bonus rollover requirements). Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; Accounts with remaining funds will be closed after the final withdrawal is processed.

ring4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• You are found to be underage or using a false identity
• Your Account exhibits patterns consistent with money laundering or bonus abuse
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Continued operation of your Account poses risk to ring4d, other Users, or the integrity of the platform

Upon termination for cause, ring4d may confiscate any Account balance, withhold withdrawals, void bets, and forfeit bonuses. You remain liable for any outstanding debts, chargebacks, or damages caused to ring4d.
